Our car was picked up on the requested due date. The driver was very courteous and explained how the process works. In our case our car was picked up by a flat-bed truck, taken to a shipping location where it was loaded onto an enclosed train car, shipped by train across country, and then delivered by flat-bed truck to the requested destination. The car was received a day earlier than the estimated date, and it arrived in the same condition as when it was sent, including the contents in the trunk.
