Terrible, Would not recommend crossroads

I am still waiting to get my deposit back - it has been over 2 months! They said they didn't get the driver so asked me to cancel the order and they will refund my money instead of having me as a hostage for long time. They never picked my car so i decided to go there and drive my car down here.I had put down a $150 deposit with Crossroads, as I was told that the deposit would be refunded if I chose to go cancel the order.

I have called several times and keep getting the runaround answer that "your refund will go out this Friday"or i will get your refund in 3 days and it's already been posted to my account and to give them call back if it didn't show up in my account within 3 days. I've called about 10 times, emailed twice, and the last time I spoke with Todd,he told me that he had contacted the refund department and there is nothing more he can do and he just work there and don't own the company. He assured me that I would get my deposit back shortly. It has been two weeks, and I called AGAIN this morning and he told me it would go out in 3 days. I'll believe it when I see it.

Definitely would not recommend Crossroads Auto Transport based on my experience.

In a competitive industry filled with junk, we do everything we can humanly possible to satisfy the customer. We would never keep customers money if we didnt provide a service.
