My overall experience with Crossroads Auto Transport was absolutely awesome. Rob and Chantall always answered the phone. Rob and Chantall fully explained how the system worked, as this was the first time we had shipped the car. When the driver arrived to pick up our car he was also very reassuring about the process. He picked up the car at 5:00 pm Tuesday in Stuart, FL. and delivered it on time 2:00 pm Thursday afternoon in Wallingford, CT. I will always use this company to ship my vehicle there is no reason to shop around. Prices are competitive but the personal service is outstanding. In today's world of phone prompts and hold times it was refreshing to always have a real person answer my calls. Rob said what he'd do and did what he said. I highly recommend this company
