Very disappointed with this shipper

Jaime promised that the car would be picked up within 8 days and promised the car would only travel on their own trucks. They did not even try to schedule a pickup for over 21days, unfortunately the only time the shipper was not going to be available (23rd day) they had a truck in the area. We returned their call about leaving the car in the driveway unlocked to enable them to pick it up, but by the time I got back with them (two days before pickup) the driver was already rescheduled in another area. OK so we missed one, but over the next 14 days they were still not able to complete the job... I canceled the order, then two of their customer service reps who were not even involved in any of the conversations regarding setting up the one and only attempted pickup chose to call me on April 30th, regurgitate inaccurate facts, threaten to keep my deposit.. Stay away from this shipper.
