This Company Needs to Be Shut Down

This company pursued my business for weeks on the border of harassment. They have caller ID in place, so they know who is calling them at all times; scary ... The rep, Beth, has mastered lip service; she works very hard to get you comfortable with her. Beth explained to me that a credit card number needed to be taken for an authorization only and that no charge would be made until auto was picked up. Charge went against my card as soon as she hung up with me. Company also sent me paperwork and processed a charge on my credit card under different names. The name of the company that my credit card was charged to was only in business since 5/1/2010; my card was charged on 5/4/2010. This is definitely potential fraud! Let's hope the BBB does their job. I realize the economy is bad, but these poeple tell you anything that you want to hear for a buck! Stay away!
