Pissed, but back on track

So Cross Country called with the lowest quote, two hundred less than others I had received. 5 days and no motion on the car, 6 different phone numbers and surprise surprise they were always busy....

But when you call and ask for a quote, you can get a person easily.

Ralph was the customer service rep that gave me line after line about 'snowbirds' and seasonal B.S.....
He ended up telling me I could offer more to get the car moved, which is extortion in my book.

I found this site, after paying deposit, feeling like a putz..

GT Auto Transport is on it, AMY rocks and explained entire process much better.
