Horrible beyond Belief!

Please read this story, it is one for the ages. I know it is a long story so thank you for taking the time to read this! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Here goes: I took a job in California and needed my CRV transported from Tampa. I was flying out on May 15th so I set the pick up date for Monday, May 11th. Tom Hernderson who was very nice on the phone until he got his $150 downpayment was my sales rep.

I set this up 3 weeks ahead of time. Tom told me that it would be between the 11th and 13th. I was fine with that as long as it was picked up before I flew out of town on the 15th. It got to be Tuesday, May 12th and I never heard a thing. I was getting a bit nervous so I called Tom. Tom had me call the transport company myself. They were called "Rush Motors". Little did I know Rush meant "Russian".

I called the number and it went right to a fax beep. I called back and it said "Mailbox Full, Goodbye" and I was hugn up on! I called back the next morning and some guy with broken English who sounded like he was on drugs said, "who is this"? Why are you calling me?, How did you get my number?I hung up after 15 minutes of trying to tell my name and why I was calling. A bit later someone did call me back from the same number ( I am guessing his son) from Rush Motors. He told me on my voicemail which I saved ,that " Our truck is broken down, we are not going to make it to Tampa today or tomorrow and are not sure when we are going to get there".

I called Tom and told him the problem and I politely stated the guy didn't speak any English and their truck was broke down and I just want to cancel and go with another more reuputable company. Right then and there, Tom Henderson called me a "Biggot" and told me to relax they were working on the problem. After being highly insulted by Tom, things fell apart. I told him to cancel my order and I wanted my money back. In a very "cocky" tone, Henderson stated, "good luck you are not getting your money back" and then he hung up on me.

I then talked to Ralph is supervisor who told me it was better to cancel with my Credit Card to get my money back instead of them giving me a refund. Ralph further stated, "dont tell anyone I told you that".

I the end I went with CC Auto Transport. Everything precise and on time. Awesome service! The above story is 100 percent accurate. I did not embelish or exaggerate in anyway.

In closing this is a Horrible, Horrible Company. How they are still in business is beyond me? I will be contacting the Better Busniness Bureau and every resource in my power to shut them down. I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else.

The best part of it all is that my fiance is African American so we got quite the laugh when Tom Henderson called me a "Biggot". Was is worth your $40 dollar commission that you made Tom? Pathetic, Completely Pathetic!
