I was delighted with the service that Cross Country Auto Transport provided in shipping my Honda Civic from the Bay Area to Pennsylvania. Beth in Sales answered all my questions promptly and completely, and explained the process thoroughly. Ralph in Customer Service committed to find the first available transporter that would meet my desired delivery date, and did just that. The transporter chosen by Cross Country, Euro Auto Transport, provided outstanding service. They picked my car up exactly when they sad they would, kept me informed of its progress, and gave me the option of a 10:30 p.m. delivery, which allowed me to avoid renting a car in Pennsylvania. The car arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Cross Country and Euro Auto Transport for car transportation.
