After being promised a guaranteed pick up no later than monday August 8th, it is now one week later with no word on a pickup of an auto being transported for my daughter relocating back to San Diego in order to meet her husband, a US Marine returning from Iraq after a lengthy absence. They were quick to accept the downpayment and quick to promise great service, but thus far, utter dismay and dissapointment. We as a family were all flying out to California to welcome our son-in-law's return, but because of Cross Country, one of us had to stay behind (lost $$$ in non refundable airfare), and await pickup. Totally unresponsive customer service department, have an excuse (a list probably pasted on the wall) for every situation. Last excuse on last Thursday PM was "He hasnt contacted you yet? I will call you right back"... nothing as of 1000am EST Monday morning. Dont know what to do.. we're at their mercy.. imagine doing this to a military dependent??? much less a senior citizen? how do they stay in business?
