This is the first time that I have used an Auto Transport service, and I was not looking forward to it. I spoke with friends who had used services, and all I heard were stories of damaged vehicles and waiting and waiting for their cars. I was very cautious in picking a company, and finally made the decision because Beth Feldman from Cross Country Auto Transport made sure to call me on the phone and follow-up with me. She answered my questions accurately and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. I was still apprehensive about how long it would take and what condition the vehicle would arrive in, but was very pleased to have it arrive exactly one week after it was picked up. The cost for this company was middle of the road when compared to all the other companies I looked at, and they were worth every penny. I can now fully recommend them to anyone I know and be confident that my recommendation will be a good one. Thank you.
