Background: I first used Creative Rides in summer 2007 to move a classic Jaguar from Virginia to Minnesota at a cost of ~$800. This was my first time shipping a vehicle, and the process was explained to me very clearly. My mechanic in Virginia handed off the car to the shipper, and it arrived in Minnesota a few days later without problems.
Based on my positive experience, I selected Creative Rides again. My experience was not as good this time around, but still good overall. My price from Minnesota to Georgia (same car) was $550- part of it probably due to lower gas prices.
I was a little frustrated in the days leading up to my move (I was shipping two cars and my household over one weekend) because it sounded like I would have to stay an extra day in Minnesota to ship the Jaguar, but in the end, everything shipped on the same day. I did have to drive the car a few miles away because the shipper wouldn't meet me in the city, even though the shipper for my other car (company paid for) came right into downtown.
Overall, Creative Rides has good service and good prices. I certainly recommend them.
