Ron put my mind at ease when entering into the contract - this process was very new to me. He explained everything I needed to know. The truck was picked up the very next day by the carrier they made arrangements with. Thereafter I had contact with Ron who was very responsive to my calls/emails when I had a small glitch with the carrier. But in the end, the truck arrived and everything was good. I would use them again and refer them.
