Disappointed - beware

Cosmos put in a great quote, ~$100-200 less than other competitors. However, despite multiple phone calls, they were unable to guarantee any reasonable pick up date. Indeed, they never bothered to even give a pickup window time (and I should have sensed at that point something was fishy). True, they were prompt to answer the phone and assure me that they expected my order to picked up very soon (always very soon), but after a full week after my car was made available for them, I had to finally cancel my order because I could receive no assurance that my car would be picked up before I left the state in another week.

Cosmos may do a great job if you are one of the lucky ones that manage to have their car picked up in a timely manner. But unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

As we mention on this site, like any company here we have a small percentage of orders that go unfilled. The only problem is, this is not one of those. What Franklin Liu (206-459-1485) did not mention is that he could not receive the vehicle in TN until after the 27th. Since transit takes 6-7 days, the vehicle could not be picked up before the 21st. He cancelled on the morning of the 22nd. What is frustrating is that we had at least 10 trucks that could have picked up this vehicle the prior week but all of them would have arrived at destination before the 27th. Based on the trucks we had available last week we told him we should have no problem having it picked up this week.
