AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!!! Do not use them. My car was picked up on time, and I haven't seen it since. It's been nearly a month and noone can tell me where the car is. Cosmos only tells me to call the carrier. Neither the Carrier, Desert Auto Transport, nor Cosmos know where the driver is. Cosmos has never called me to explain. I have to call them and the only response is call the carrier. To be fair they told me the carrier had engine trouble. I can understand that, but call me to keep me informed about the circs. Anyway after three or four weeks its not my problem. Transfer the car to someone who can deliver it. So why not call me and tell me that when you found out. Still noone knows where the car is. Cosmos is responsible for its agents. They will say they are not, but in contract law they are, as the principle they are responsible for its agents. If Desert Auto Transport cannot complete the transportation, get someone else who can. You think they care, I think not, they got paid and now could care less about solid complete customer satsifaction. Call the carrier? After they finally figured out who was contracted to get the car and gave me the number, (of course they couldn't call themselves), I called and noone answered until they gave me the right number. Then the guy who answered would only say it will be there when it gets there. What? I asked him where it is and he doesn't know. Then tries to tell me the car doesn't run implying there will be extra charges. If you value your car, time, expense, and want some courtesy go somewhere else. These people don't care squat about you or your vehicle, its money that counts with them, then adios, seeya, hope you get your car. As of today I still don't have my car and noone knows where it is.

As Mrs. D'Aldin mentioned we did call the carrier and found out they had engine trouble, plus it has not been a month but less than 2 weeks. Delays happen sometimes and they happen to every company once in awile. We apologized and called the carrier as it is our policy.
