Never bothered to confirm with me. Avoid like the plague.

I expect a modicum of service. I'm not unreasonable. When I fax you a contract, I expect either a call or an email acknowledging that you've got it and are starting to work on arranging transport. Is tht so hard? After 48 hours I called to see if perhaps my fax hadn't gone through. I also sent an email alerting them to the fact that I was ready to do business.

On the phone I got strange reply: "our policy is to wait for the cutomer to call us to confirm." Huh? It's up to ME to see if you want to earn MY money? Bizarro.

Strike one!

I did get a reply to my email which said "what a coincidence I just talked to you on the phone." Um, K. That's fine. How 'bout now telling me that something has been arranged. Ship date is scheduled, etc.

You remember my name? Well hooray for you.

Strike two!

Another day passes and I've not heard a thing from these people. No follow up, no keeping me abreast of what's happening. Nothing.

Strike three!

Contract is cancelled. Period. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Thanks for nothing. And I do mean nothing.

Weird, to say the least. Sorry, but that is our policy and this is the first time someone has had a problem with it. We often get blank pages for an order and have no number to call back.
