I feel compelled to post a new review due to emials received from Corporate Auto Transport. The first email I received basically asked what can be done to remove my reveiw or she would lose her job. I find this hard to beleive as she has many good reveiws and I even said in my reveiw that she was competant. I still beleive if she had not become ill my car would have been shipped no problem. SHe had called me with a shipment date that was withing their terms and conditions, but was not adequate for me. I also received another email from a higher manager explaining the they did everything possible and had not violated their terms and conditions. I of course had never said they did. I said that the treament I received from other employees after my agent became ill was deplorable and clearly showed noone except my agent was concerned about me as a customer. I also said that I was upset because I have not been refunded money that was owed back to me. If I had receveived my money as required by their terms and conditions I would not have posted a reveiw. Futhermore as of the second email I was told that if I REMOVED my negative reveiw they would refund my entire deposit, yet never offered to return the money that is legally owed to me. I paid $175 deposit and their terms and conditions state that if I cancel my order they are entitled to a $75 fee and the rest must be refunded. As of this post I still have not received any money. I now feel compelled to hire a laywer to sue this company. If you do business and no problems occur then you should have good service. However if a problem occurs I can guarentee this company will stab you in the back. I also phoned them again and was put on hold and I was hung up on while waiting. However I am deployed to Iraq with poor internet so I may have been disconnedcted to poor internet connection. SImply put in my case this company did not or could not complete the order within my requiremnts and I was forced to go elsewhere. When they failed to refund what I am owed they have now commited theft, fraud and false advertising.

The problem is that this customer has his facts wrong about the terms he agreed to or he is just plain ignoring them. We did nothing wrong but as a courtesy we did offer a FULL refund to him (more than he even says he requested) and we did not actually owe any refund based on our agreement with him because we did have him a driver within 5 business days of his ready date, but we offered the refund because we are honest and wanted him to stop slandering us. He double-booked with another company while still having an order with us! His car had just became ready for pickup and it was progressing as we stated it would from the beginning. It is unfair to our company to have us work on something and then not even tell us to cancel the order before committing to a whole new company. That's dishonest. If he actually read his agreement he would see that HE is the one that breached it, not us.
