The salesman started off fine...until pickup day arrived and what went from an agreed upon 2-3 days process was now a twelve day "window" with NO guarantee of exactly when our belongings would arrive. We had no recourse but to find an alternate mover on very short notice and one that would step up and get our belongings delivered in a timely manner. Based on a breach of our terms by Continental, we had to cancel and now Continental Van Lines will NOT REFUND OUR $2150.00 DEPOSIT. We will be taking them to court to recover our money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....
