So after putting in for a quote to transport my car, I was inundated with everything from phone calls / deceiving text messages / and relentless numbers of emails from too many auto shipping brokers. I learned how the "broker business" works (for transporting cars) in a fast way. Then, I got an email from Meghan at Coastal Auto Transport. She was nice / honest/ helpful and did not play any games. It turned out to be a good experience! One company called me and he actually was arguing with me that I was going about this wrong / he said that I had to pay extra if I wanted to get this thing moved! IT was high pressure sales at its worse. I feel bad for those who are naive - they might have fallen for his trap. However, with Meghan at Coastal I felt very comfortable. She was always prompt and courteous. No high pressure sales - she was just there with good advice. Thanks Meghan!
