It has been a nightmare in dealing with this company. I hired them to ship my car from Michigan to Texas and paid 1000$.They sent a vendor from All Day Transportation to finish this task. I was told to pay 200$ at the time of confirmation with Larry and 800$ when vendor drops the car. Vendor picked up the car and did not give me any paper work. He drove my car to another place as his semi truck could not come in the street. He sent me the picture after loading. I wish I could attach some pictures here. He dropped the car at home and it was raining and did not give any inspection papers and took away 800$. I found a dent on the roof, that vendor tried minimize by suction but it caused more damage , per Geico, my insurance. There were some damages at the bottom of the bumper. I alerted Coast to Coast , spoke with Mike and he said he will call me tomorrow after speaking with Vendor. I also reached out vendor to inquire about damage but they blocked me. Mike gave me Vendor Cargo Insurance, Progressive info. I called them and they did VIRTUAL ESTIMATE of 1,346 $ and asked me to contact vendor directly to pay 1000$ deductible and they mailed out 346$ check already. I asked them to help me about it and enforce them to pay it but they said to call them after 2 weeks and report them so they can cancel their insurance otherwise they could not do anything about it.
I called Coast to Coast and MIke told me that I paid him 200$ and 800$ to vendor and he will find some help. It was so silly to say that I paid them 200$ as I paid 1000$ to them and they hired this vendor and they work together. I told him that you post on your website 100,000 $ bumper to bumper insurance and help me out but he never returned call or replied to email.
I contacted my own insurance as my deductible was 500$ and taking care of it.
Please don't do any business with them they are CHEATERS and LIARS and THEY DON'T HAVE 100,000 insurance liability.
They are not going to help you if your vehicle gets damaged.
They will BLOCK You and will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS.
