My nightmare

I received my quote on April 23,2010 from Carolyn I gave a lot of time to get a carrier lined up sicne the pick up was to be June 7th. i repeatedly contacted Carolyn to make sure it was all on track. The biggest issue was the fact we were physically moving to SC so it had to be loaded while we were still in Florida. On May 28, 2010 I contacted Carolyn via email ( all of which I kept and will share with people wanting to see what we went through) she said she would have the the carrier assigned by the end of business that day. No reply, of course. Then Monday was a holiday and I never received anything from her until Thursday and she said she was working on it and would again have the information by the end of the day. We have snet faqxes, emnails voice messages pleading for response all of which has fallen on deaf ears. No response to emails, they send all calls to voice mail and we are sitting here waiting for the INVISIBLE company to show up. we are now backed into a corner and they are ignoring all calls. We are waiting for the Better Business office to open up to file a complaint as well as contact the secretary of state to file complaints. PLEASE BE AWARE they might sound pleasant on the phone they are not doing any one a favor by this I left my credit card with them and have conta cted them to decline any charges. It says you can cancel up until a carrier has been assigned but IF THEY IGNORE YOU HOW DO YOU KNOW IF A CARRIER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED !!!!!!!!!!!!
