I first tried to use another carrier that had good Yelp reviews - after 2 weeks of waiting (including an attempted pickup that was not told the correct kind of van I had) I switched and searched for other companies. I was drawn to Christa's personable approach and felt my shipment would be handled personally. In about 24 hours Christa had a transport lined up for the week. I could not be happier with her service.
