I have never had to transport a car & was leary of using Centric Carriers because from what I read & know about moving freight, a low price means no driver will want to pick up the load. Ema explained in detail what would happen and approximate time for transport and and answered all my questions. I do customer svc. for a living also and must say both persons I delt with were very professional & detail oriented. What I was told is exactly what happened. My vehicle was picked up on a Wednesday from my home & delivered the following Tuesday a.m. I was able to reach someone at all times, & even spoke to the driver the day b/4 delivery was made. He was very accomodating & pleasant. I would use Centric again in a heartbeat!
