I was not there for the pick up, but was told a 1/2 hour window that he would deliver and he was there right in the middle of the time window. I thought this was great as I really don't like to waste time sitting around waiting. Was also very easy to set up meeting point. We were met exactly where we wanted to meet. The driver found us without any problem. We encountered no problems dealing with this company and would use them again.
