I contactedmany movers and Caviness Auto Carries was first in line to call me back with a great price. So...I chose them as I needed my car shipped ASAP. I gave them the $100 deposit. One week went by...nothing...2 weeks..nothing. I kept calling and emailing only to hear the same thing...we are working on it as fast as we can. Finally Mandi told me she would contact her boss over the situation. I NEVER heard anything back. After 1 month went by my husband had to fly from Idaho to California to get our car and drive it all the way up. After I cancelled my order with them they never would even answer my phone call therefore I could not get my money back.
They are rude and take advantage of many people. PLEASE look at all the negative reviews of this company and think twice if you are considering using them.
