My car was never picked up

Elvis assured us our car would be picked up on 2/13/2011, and no one ever called or came to pick up the vehicle. I tried contacting the office mid-day on Saturday during normal business hours to see why someone had not contacted me regarding the details of my pick-up, and got a voice recording stating that the office was closed followed by the office business hours that explained that on Saturdays the office is indeed open from 12-5pm PT. I left a voice message and did not receive a phone call even though the office was supposed to be open. On Sunday, a driver still had not contacted me. My flight to leave was the following day - what was I supposed to do? For $2,275 you expect to be taken care of. Their motto of "complete satisfaction" was not met. The company did not even leave an alternate phone number to call on a Sunday.

We will never use this company again and urge everyone else to use caution when booking shipping with this company. It is a scam.

Mrs. Hunter, It's very unfortunate to see you writing this review. We are still not sure at Castle Luxury where this order went wrong. Your vehicle was scheduled for pick up on February 13, on February 11 at 3:22 P.M. we confirmed with a driver from Ace Auto Trans, by the name of Shin (who BTW you can contact him at (310)903-1075) to pick up your vehicle on February 13. As you know living in New Jersey, and I'm sure you have also seen on any news channel or any web browser that at this point in the year the United States is encumbered by snow storms and blizzards everywhere. Due to know fault of our own, or the drivers, or yours either the driver was delayed as he is driver a very large truck with heavy cargo (each vehicle weighing an average of 3500-5000 pounds each), and driving through treacherous weather. He did arrive at your residence in the early afternoon on the 14th ready to pick up your vehicle. This gentleman was outside of your residence with direct view of your vehicle for an estimated 4-5 hours, as well as attempting to contact you vigorously the entire time. Not once did you and any other party listed as a contact any or communicate with the driver. We would also like to remind you that our main dispatcher was in constant communication with you Meghan and also a Darin, as she was in need of your vehicle's VIN number as well as your license plate number. You also were e-mail numerous times with not only the dispatch notification, but also your booking information for our port to transport your vehicle to Hawaii (BTW your booking number would of been 6692743, you can speak to our port in the e-mail you received and confirm). It's very unfortunately that this has led to a bad review and several unpleasant phone calls from your end, as Castle Luxury Auto came through on both your carrier as well as your port. We hope that in the future your auto transport needs are met to your standards. We wish you the best in all your endeavors!
