Castle was paid a deposit on October 6, 2010 by credit card. At that time their representative told me that he would set up an October 11, 2010 earliest pick up date. Contract was emailed to me for signature and faxed back, which I did at 8:19 a.m. cst on October 7, 2010. On October 15, 9:30 a.m. cst, I called to check on status and was told that I would be called back in 2 hours with a pick up date. At 2:45 p.m. that same day, I called them back after not hearing from them and was told they would have a pick up date for me by the end of the day. After receiving no calls, I called them again on October 18, 2010, 3:20 p.m. cst - was told that they would have someone call me by 8:00 p.m. that night. On October 21, 2010, after receiving no return phone calls, I called them once again and was told that they had tried to call me because a truck was in the area to pick up, but I did not answer my phone. I asked why they were calling me instead of the person from which they were picking up the vehicle and never received an answer. Was told at that point that they would try to locate someone to pick up the vehicle within the next two days. On October 25, 2010 I called and was told that they were still waiting on a carrier. I told them that if they did not have a carrier by October 26, 2010 that I was cancelling. On October 26, 2010, I emailed them a cancellation notice as well as faxing the same notice to them. I have not received a reply to either my email or fax. I advised them that I wanted a refund to my credit card. This company is totally incompetent starting after you sign a contract with them and give them a deposit. Salesperson needs to be selling refrigerators to Eskimos - he is good.
