Never Refunded Deposit - Never Picked Up

I reserved an automotive transport/pick up for a disabled vehicle. The first transporter sent was unable to pick up the vehicle because it was disabled, which was clearly indicated in the contract signed with Castle. The same with the second. Both transporters indicated that they were not informed by the transport scheduling company (Castle) beforehand. After multiple calls for almost a month the vehicle was not picked up. This led to me being fined for an un-tagged vehicle. The time delay period was well beyond that stated in the contract and no pick up. I finally had to call another company, which picked up my vehicle within days. I contacted Castle Luxury and was told that my $150 deposit would be returned. After multiple calls (months) they still failed to return my deposit and have given me numerous excuses. "The check's in the mail." I only wanted my deposit returned and was totally respectful but my calls were seldom returned or I was put on hold forever. I only used this company because of the great ratings, unfortunately those seem to be either fake or perhaps their quality has gone way down.
