This was our first experience in shipping an automobile. I looked around and received many quotes but Malia was the only one who explained how the business works and what to expect. I called at the end of March to setup the pickup of the vehicle, we were moving June 2nd to Nc from Missouri, and Malia called mid May to let me know they had a driver who wanted to take it. Our pickup/drop off schedule was flexible bc if the driver couldnt pick it up before we moved, we had a backup plan for him to pick it up from a friend in the area and the same for if he delivered it before we arrived to NC, which he did and we had a friend here that signed for it. Our vehicle had no damage when it arrived and I would definately recommend using Cascade.
