I was very happy with the customer service of the Cascade staff.Very responsive and answered all my questions. I did not have a good feeling about the trucking company however., Pick up required me to drive to a location just off the freeway at the drivers request. Once we connected, the driver marked up a preexisting dammage report which indicated dents etc that clearly were not on a new vehicle. Thus if something had happended during transport, Im sure we would have had a fight about it. The car was delivered two days late in Boulder, but in good condition. When I called the trucking company I got a very gruff response about exactly when to expect delivery. However, the car was delivered in fine shape.

This was unacceptable, and I apologize for that. I will definitely pass the information along to our Dispatch department so they can make sure this does not happen again. I wish you a wonderful 2011
