I was very pleased with how quick Kim was able to get a truck to transport my vehicle and the price I was quoted. There was a pickup & delivery delay by the actual transport company. Kim was excellent at making sure I knew all the details of what was happening with the shipping. When my car arrived it was damaged and Kim did all she could on her part to help me get this issue resolved. I would recommend Cascade & Kimberly again for shipping. Thanks Kim for great customer service & for trying to help with the other issue! She was always plesant to talk with and I could see her smile through the phone :)
