Cascade Vehicle Shipping is a broker. They give you a quote and if you accept it, they put the price "out there" for drivers to pickup. The broker a good job but unknowingly chose the wrong driver. The driver, owner and operator of California Express Delivery was problematic. He picked up at the outside of the 7 day window and took 10 days to get to Seattle. During the trip he never called me back as promised even the day before he was to arrive. I was left largely in the dark as to when my car would arrive. Cascade Vehicle Shipping was instrumental in getting hold of him the Saturday he was to deliver.

My car was in nearly mint condition from the original owner. It arrives scratched in many places. I have had to file an insurance claim.
