Fantastic experience with Kimberly Freiley and Cascades

I was a bit worried at the begining because Cascade is just a broker and rely on the 3rd party carrier. However, the experience with Cascade has been wonderful. Kim is super responsive to any questions, and other folks in her office is very friendly to help us to address any questions if Kim is out.

The first carrier we had was asking us to drop off at a nearby Albertson location in the middle of night as their "truck" is too big to come to our house, and their driver is busy with auto dealers until midnight. We were not comfortable by the approach and arrangement they were asking, so we called Kim, she took care of the problem right away, and helped us to find a different carrier. The carrier that moved our vehicle (Reliable trucking) is very good as well - picked up and delivered our car right on time without any damage, and the driver is very polite.

Overall, our experience with Kim and Cascade is great, and will use them again if we move our car again.
