I have to admit, the first time I called for a quote I got Jeff who was very friendly and helpful which made it easy. The only disappointing thing I would have to say is the pick up time, I thought by scheduling a pick up 3-4 weeks in advance it would happen. Well not in this case although they did pick up a week later. I'm sure this is out of Jeff's hands, and I'm sure he tried hard to schedule something.

I had to make several calls to check on the status of my pick up, but once it was scheduled everything went well. The driver was very pleasant to deal with and helpful as well. He called as he promised and delivery time was right on time as he promised. So overall would I use Cascade Shipping again? I have to be honest and say probably so.

So, thank you Jeff for your hard work on scheduling this run to Oregon. If I have any future transporting needs I will give you a call. Take care.
