kim was plesant just didnt like how things went with this company at all. It seemed like i was 'always calling kim to check the status. i feel like this if im choosing you out of all the other companies you better do what you can to make sure that im satisfied at the end of the day i felt like no one really cared as long as you guys got paid. i mean i told kim i wanted my car picked up prior to me leaving because i was going to be in a sticky situation which i was when the guy came to pick up the car.apparently the truck driver coming to get the car was tld by my ex-fiance to call two hrs before he was coming he never did that he callled me and told me he was 20 miles away from the location, then i couldnt get intouch with my ex-fiance to inform him so it was alot of mis communication. Then the dispatcher from the company we got into a heated agrument" she told me that i was going to be paying and extra hundred because her driver was waiting and hr before someone came out just very unprofessional i wouldnt recommend anyone to this company honest this was jus a bad experience all around i think next time i will just drive my car

Shaniece, Yes I have shipped your vehicle a few times, each time you tell me what you can afford and then I try to find a carrier who can accomodate your price. Sometimes I can and sometimes they ask for additional funds, but I always talked to you about each carrier that I found. You called me everyday yes I do agree, and each time I would tell you that when I hear something from our carriers I would call you back. You would then call back again before I had a chance to call you. We had a carrier for you this last time, we had difficulty getting ahold of your ex fiance, but did manage to get ahold of him finally. I was not aware that they asked you for additional funds, if you would have told me I would have taken care of the situation. That is my job. I am sorry that you feel this last tranport a few months ago did not go as planned and I wish you all the best. Kimberly
