Jeff was great:
1. First to personally call after I requested for several quotes from sister site Magic Carpet.
2. Very helpful and informative voice messages during phone-tag.
3. Honest with pricing and how the process works.
4. Affable and courteous.

Brenda, while covering Jeff during a lunch break was seamless in customer service and was very courteous and informative when I was trying to figure out more about the process and which sister carrier to use.

IMPORTANT info for first time shippers:
Be sure to record the ODOMETER reading when your car is picked up and have it written on both copies of the contract with the driver or take a photo with truck driver in your car and mileage. There was not a line/box to record this and so I did know or think to record my odometer reading at pick-up and regret it now...

George, Your were a pleasure to work with. I am glad you feel you were treated with the courtesy and respect we provide for all of our customers. The fact the the millage wasn't logged down was unfortunate but I'm not sure why you feel that was my fault or why that went against my rating. enjoy your car and I hope we can do it again.
