this is the first time we had to use a car carrier and of course we had no idea who was good or bad. we did our homework and looked into a lot of them. we felt the most comfortable with cascade and the customer rep courtney. she was very good on the phone and gave us a lot of valuable information to transport our car safely, on time, and quoted us a very good price compared to the others. we had our car shipped from california to massaachsetts and all went well. the truck driver was super nice and we contacted him on a few occasions to see what the status of our car was and the driver kept us informed and delivered our car to a place we asked him. if you have any questions or issues courtney is your girl to help you and make you feel totally satisfied. don't be afraid to use this company. we are very happy. we had a nice Porsche delivered without a scatch.
