I recently shipped my car from Texas to Virginia through Cascade. Tayler was quite helpful in working with me. Unfortunately, the transporter had mechanical problems and delivery was delayed by nearly a week. The entire time, Cascade worked with me to resolve the problem and to track and contact the transporter.
