Taylor was knowledgeable and informative on the phone. She told me what it would take to get my truck picked up from a remote location. Within 5 days (including weekend) the vehicle was picked up at the expected price.I was impressed with the quick turn around. I talked to 2 other companies and going with Cascade was the correct choice. One competitor told me I would have to have someone drive it to a major city for pick up. Taylor delivered as expected for a competitive price.

The carrier selected was a great guy who took good care of my truck. He called when expected and kept us informed on his progress.He picked it up in a remote location in Washington state and actually talked with the custodian of the vehicle and obtained information for us. He was concerned that we were satisfied and would not unload until we were there to be certain that it was accounted for.He said as long as it was on his truck it was insured and he wanted to keep it that way.

I would highly recommend Cascade as you will get lots of e-mails with some low ball pricing. However, you can't beat the level of service and honesty at Cascade which is priceless. To boot their price is in line with the others but they get the job done.Even though I am receiving a small rebate to submit this review, every word is true. Do your homework when comparing shippers. thank you Taylor
