This was my first experience of having a vehicle transported across country. I decided to go on line and investigate transportation companies. After reviewing numerous transport companies, I was totally shocked at how complex and what options were available to choose from. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and very anxious. I needed to get my daughters auto from Rhode Island to Arizona in a short period of time. I asked for bids from ten companies. I then decided to contact Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. I spoke to Kevin at cascade, and that was all I needed. He told me he would be my lifeline, and would be with me through the complete process of the delivery of my vehicle. I put my trust in Kevin and he did not let me down. They picked the vehicle up on the agreed to date, and it actually was delivered one day earlier than promised, with no damage to my daughter's vehicle. I was completely satisfied with Kevin and with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I would highly recommend this company and I feel Cascade has a valuable employee in Kevin.
