There were some intitial glitches in communication since my initial customer representative left the company prior to my pick up date, that created an unexpected delay in the pick up date. Once the new customer representative realized these initial problems, she was very honest and straighforward and worked really hard in addressing the issue. Once she started working on my order, things ran very smoothly and efficiently. The reason why my rating is not perfect is because the glitches created with my first customer rep. Other than that no issues, they matched another price and were very efficent.
