This was my first venture in shipping a vehicle, and overall the transaction went flawlessly! Initially, I was looking for open transport and a few days had passed during the holidays without any dispatches. Jeff called with an offer to upgrade to an enclosed carrier for a minor increase - he happened upon a carrier was looking to fill the truck, and offered to take the job for only a marginal amount more. This was an unexpected bonus, as I ended up with a better carrier with a reduced rate!

My biggest concern for the transaction was the coordination of my meeting the driver at the same place and time - my drop off was some geographical distance away, and it was important that the driver kept in touch as so I could plan my travel to meet at the location simultaneously. Cascade went out of their way to ensure that I was informed of all progress along the way, and removed a lot of the worry about shipping my vehicle. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition, and on-time. Jeff was great to work with, and I found him quite candid and helpful throughout the entire process. I have colleagues that may be looking into such services in the future, and I would not hesitate to have them contact Cascade first and use their services.
