My first experience shipping a car was made a much less stressful and successful experience using Cascade. Nicole and Jeff, the service representatives, were attentive, curteous, throrough, and prompt. This is the type of customer service that is oft not seen these days and for which aspiring companies should set their goals against. Kudos to Cascasde!!
