If I have to ever ship a vehicle again, I would use Cascade shipping. My experience was very positive. It was the first time I've ever shipped a vehicle before, so I had a lot of questions (it's a little nerve-racking when your vehicle is going from coast to coast). Michelle and Nick were very patient with me in answering all my questions. In setting up the service I had the feeling that they were being very honest with me and doing a good job of managing my expectations about how the process works. By the time the shipment had been completed, the whole process played out just as they said it would; no surprises. Communications between myself and Cascade, and with the chosen driver as well, were very good throughout the entire process. They always answered the phones and gave straight-up answers. And when my car arrived in Connecticut, it was in the same condition as it was when it left Oregon (just dirty...but you have to expect that. I've driven across country twice, and you can't avoid your vehicles getting filthy along the way.) On the whole, I have no complaints about the service or process. I'd use Cascade again.
