I wanted to transport my Jaguar from Oregon to California several months ago. I used a company that gave me a reasonable quote. The company never sent, emailed or called me nor my brother (who was waiting at the pickup location which took him over an hour to get to. After getting the runaround I told him I was going to use a reputable company which obviously he was not. I contacted a total of 7 different transport companies for information and a price quote. Out of seven, 5 of them contacted me within 1 hour, Cascade was the first. Kimberly not only gave me amazing customer service, but went out of her way to make all involved feel important and informed and kept in continuous contact with us. If I am ever in need of another transport, I now can save time and effort from calling all those other companies and use the transport service that has proven to be everything they promise and then some.
