Jennifer, I did send you an email so please open that up. I'm not sure I understand this rating. Your mother also posted a review on here on the 21st of July and it was a 5 star review. So to receive a 1 star I'm a little confused. Th vehicle was picked up and delivered on the dates that the truck had told you, I am sorry that the truck delivered later than originally told. The truck probably ran into delays which does happen, but they still delivered on the date that was estimated. So if you could check your email and explain to me why this rating, I would appreciate it. Thanks Kim
