My son is serving in the Marine Corps and is stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and his truck has been waiting for him in Wenatchee, Washington State for the last two years. He started looking for a transport company mid-summer and his search led him to a company in Florida. After sending in a deposit he was told that the truck would be picked up after the driver made a stop in Spokane, WA. Once the driver arrived in Spokane he called our house and informed us that the drive from Spokane to Wenatchee (a distance of about 150 miles) was simply too far out of his way. My son then contacted another company in Florida, Truck Transport Company, and after sending in a deposit he was told that his rig would be picked up within two weeks time. The two weeks came and went, after numerous calls to the home office and a rude reception from the office assistant, when finally the driver of the truck contacted us to let us know that his truck broke down in Oregon and would be delayed a few days. After waiting another week my wife called the home office again to find out what was going on - the office assistant gave a false name and said that she was taking the case over from the previous assistant and promised that we would have answers. After waiting another week without any contact from the second company, we decided to look for yet another transport company. We contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping and were told that the truck would be picked up within two weeks, and they put us in touch with the contractor, Right Way Auto Transport, the truck driver and his wife so that we could give them specifics and work out the pick-up/delivery schedule. The driver, Kenny, and his wife, Pam were a pleasant change of pace from the prior companies we tried out. The night of the pick-up arrived and Kenny called and we met up with him at a local truck stop to make loading the vehicle easier. We arrived and he was already there, and we chatted with him while he loaded our son's truck. He said that the truck would arrive in ten days, and he contacted our son a few times to agree on a pick-up location that would be the easiest to offload the truck. Kenny arrived on the date he originally specified and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We are still waiting to get our deposit back from the second company, and they are still causing problems. We wish that we had contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping from the start so that we could have avoided all the problems with the first two companies, and our son would have received his truck about a month and a half before he did!

Hey Dan Nick from Cascade here... I'm glad I got to coordinate this order it was great working for you. You are an excellent person it's to bad I wasn't driving the truck I would have liked meeting you in person. Thanks again for the review! Take it easy Dan and say hey to Jeff for me!
