Excellent experience with Cascade, the driver, and my main contact Taylor. I am not an easy person to get in contact with, (sometimes) but Taylor was persistent in getting me information.

Pick up time was right on schedule. The driver called me 3 hours before he expected to arrive in order to give me a heads up. He called again after he arrived at the designated meeting place.

We had to change the pickup date from the original date selected and Cascade worked hard to accommodate us. There was some confusion as to who would be meeting the driver once it arrived in California - in no way was this Cascade's fault. My husband ended up being away on business instead of in CA to pick up the truck. Taylor was great about contacting me and helping to arrange an alternate drop point for the truck.

All in all I would say Cascade is very diligent about keeping in contact throughout all phases of the transport. The driver that Cascade contracted with was beyond helpful. I would do business with Cascade again.
