From start to finish this went very smoothly. Don Edwards took time on the phone to explain the general process to me in detail and to answer all my questions. It was several weeks later that I was actually ready to have the car moved. When I did place the order, the car was ready to be moved the next day. I didn't expect such a fast turnaround, but I hoped for it... and Don called me back about 10 minutes later with an offer. I paid very slightly more than the original quote, and the car was picked up about 24 hours after I placed my call to Don. The driver who picked up my car, Jesse, was very accommodating to my schedule, courteous and efficient. I had the number of the trucker, Wayne, and I spoke with him briefly twice over the next few days. He, also, was very courteous and kept me updated on his expected arrival date/time. We picked up the car from the facility in Florida, for our own convenience since it was close to home. The car was in perfect condition, all good. The car was moved once, from the local pickup vehicle to the big truck. Overall this was a completely smooth experience and I'm extremely satisfied with the service.
