I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping and Jessica Randle answered. Let me just say that whatever Jessica tells you will be done and by when, she will make sure it happens or come up with an even better answer. We placed a large order (21) vehicles to to be picked up from different states and all brought back to Ohio. Jessica gave me an estimate and when I agreed (happily) with her "ball park pricing" I placed our order. The estimate and the original amount were within a $100. (to our good). Our first cars (there were 2) were picked up the very next day & delivered that same day. They were in Michigan and only coming to Ohio but the process was very easy. I was given the Carriers name, number & address which I very much appreciated. The Carrier kept in contact with me to let me know exactly when the cars were delivered. I am very excited to have found them & especially Jessica and am looking forward to a long relatonship. Let me also say that anyone who answered the phone was very professional and curtious. I would recomend them and have already. I am pleased to leave this review.
