1st Time Experience w shipping car

This was the 1st time buying a car via the internet and having a car shipped to me with a transporter. I was of course nervous. I worked the shipping thru a vehicle shipping broker Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Christine Madden at Cascade was very responsive with quotes, and details how the process would take place. Communication from Christine was EXCELLENT. The origin date and receiving dates were set by Christine at Cascade. The transporter was arranged and the car was picked up in Georgia one day early. It was not expected to be delivered until one week later. Much to my amazement Rick the transporter
called my home the very next day after pickup and stated that he would be delivering the car the very next day..... 6 days ahead of time. Wow, that was impressive. The communication from Rick at Value Transport was also excellent, and that alone told me that Cascade Vehicle Shipping only uses the best and most courteous transport companies. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. Would I ever use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again as a transport broker? ABSOLUTELY. If you use Cascade Vehicle Shipping be SURE to request Christine as your agent. Cascade Vehicle Shipping provided top notch class A service, ultra fast delivery, beyond expectations, and the LOWEST price compared to other transporters. Total cost was just .60 cents per mile. Rick and wife Kris were very friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet when delivering the car. The whole experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping and their agent Christine was EXCELLENT and beyond expectations. I highly reccomend Cascade Vehicle Shipping.
